Oh Lord! What are we eating?! Dirty Food?
After reading this article and this one...I really felt I should share this with you. This truly puts me in disbelief but I know it's true. We don't eat right! Um hum. I'm not talking about just the meats and stuff but the hidden things that we consume--errday I'll say! This is why I am detoxing myself! This is something you should do at least once a year. Oh Lord--Read this! The dirtiest foods. Boyiii! Can you believe it. Shalom.
